Option to keep the app running on lock screen

Add option to kepp app running and continue recording when screen is locked.

It has been added back in for version 1.6.

It had been implemented a while back but were were asked to take it out. We have since gotten the go-ahead to put it back in. Thanks everyone for your patience with this feature.
